Cam setup problem, FW error?

I have got buy a Typhoon H pro, whith a CGO3+.
I have made a FW update, evething goes fine. But the white balace is bad.
Can somebody help me?

And making changes in the color mode (Sunny, Cloudy, Sunset) makes no difference? Is the WB locked?

I have tried WB, and all of modes like sunset, sunny, everthing.
I have made a camera reset outside also.
No changes, in video mode is the same problem.

Just out of curiosity when did you buy your Typhoon? Just wondering where the updates are coming from, been nothing on UK website since early 2017?

I have buy it 10 days ago. Zhe fe comes from yuneec website.

I have seen posts from 3 or 4 people having this issue over the past couple years. Unfortunately they all needed Yuneec to fix the problem. It’s not a camera setting problem, it’s a hardware problem.

March 2017 for UK version on Yuneec UK, and probably EU version too,I just thought it strange.

You may want to start with lowering the angle of your camera. Rule of thirds may help here. 1/3 of the horizontal view is the sky, the lower 2/3 is the ground. If the sun was directly behind the clouds in the image you will have a huge white blow out. Try that and see where you are at.

It's a bad sensor on the camera and has to be replaced.
