camera spins non stop

so i did the latest upgrades and did them correctaly and still have the same issues i bought the drone used and it has been an issue ever since i cant get the camera to stop spinning ive done multiple calibrations.
really getting frustrated with it and need help ANYONE ???????????????????????

The only thing to do is to return it to the seller. If you cannot, call Yuneec and find out what repairs will cost.

Was this the camera you had to repair with the broken gimbal wires?

Hello. I was surfing the web on U Tube and watch a video of a guy that crashed a drone and post signs for help in finding it. Well, he did get response and found it and the gimbal was still spinning out of control. I'm thinking yours may have been damaged in the same way? Good advise to call in about cost of repair. Good Luck.
