I couldn't find the other thread on monitors that I was working in before, but I have news about it. I got a 10" RCA refurbed Android tablet to use as a CGO App device. It works great! It doesn't have the range, but it has a big plastic case and it is supposed to be pretty easy to mod.
Using the CGO App on a tablet your client can hold their own monitor and even pull the trigger on the camera. It's pretty sweet.
