Yes you will have to take them off as it protrudes quite far as you can see, literally takes 1 minute to exchange

Kudos to Yuneec that they made the antennas removable! DJI should learn that from them

I have had good results with the new Itelite DBS antenna for the Yuneec H. Went about 3 km in EU mode before having to turn back as I was afraid for battery ;-) Video link was still there.
The antenna is more portable, I find, than the other ones. Includes a +/- 9 and +/- 14 dbi antenna. See www.maxxuav.eu for details (or .com for those in the USA).

The Horizon FPV antennas look and sound good. For anyone in the US they do ship here for a flat rate of $49 via DHL. Just thought I would let everyone know so they know what it costs to get them here! (These are HorizonFPV GB, not to be confused with Horizon Hobby USA.)
