Does anyone know if there are laws in effect that prohibit flight in State Parks?
Particularly in Florida.

Also, has anyone had easier issues with places allowing you to fly with a Part 107 certification?

Best of knowledge State and Federal parks are off limits. I think they really miss the boat that they don't offer a special license or ticket you could buy in each park that would allow you to fly for the day. Little extra income for the park service.
I asked at a park not far from me and the park service people were clueless. Funny you say RC aircraft and they seem to be ok with it. You say Drone and they are like NO WAY.

Florida State Parks, in particular, have a no launch, no land, no fly-over regulation. Added to the National park prohibition, it makes flying in South Florida a challenge!
