After acknowledging that swollen/puffed batteries can be a serious danger, I learned today that "Batteries Plus Bulbs" will take our old LIPO batteries and recycle them for us. BPB appears to be a national operation with local franchises. No questions asked; not even how low the charge level was. Also, no fee was charged for the disposal.
