Yeah, what we need is better words, and more of them.

Before I reassembled the q500, I ran the QUI to test it, the q500 showed the 4 green check marks indicating that they checked out. After assembly, ran QUI again and said that pressure sensor and GPS not found with "X".

Maybe you did something many folks (including me) have done before. If you caught the GPS wires between the top and bottom frame mounts when assembling the drone, you will need to take shell back apart and repair the wires. Most times, no real damage is done. Fixing the wires and being cautious during the reassembly should fix the problem if that's all that happened.
