Don't blame me if you fry something, but here's what I'd do.
tape a small bit of cotton cloth on to something narrow and flat(maybe one side of a pair of tweezers or cut small piece of plastic), make sure it slides into microsd slot.
Disconnect camera completely
Dip it in rubbing alcohol, wet but not dripping
gently insert into microsd slot apply just a little pressure in the direction of the card contacts.
Optionally have a 2nd piece that is complete dry to insert after you've used the wet one.
Let your camera dry(alcohol evaporate)
I've done this with microsd slots on phones and tablets to clean contacts.
