ST 16 controller

The screen on the ST16 controller will not come on when I turn it on help

yes The blue light comes on the fans are not running once in a while I can get a blue screen

1) Plug in into a charger, wait 5 minutes, with it still plugged into the charger try turning it on.
2) If that fails, remove the battery and reinstall it.
3) If that fails, call Yuneec. may have a bad ST-16.
