Well thank you for your reply. I guess Yuneec are really keeping it tight. I contacted several companies around here and none of them deal with software problem. I was planning of upgrading to a typhoon H but the company policies is pushing me away. I have many friends looking for my feedback about the customer service prior buying anything so well that would be the answer not to buy from Yuneec. I will be looking for a different brand and get rid of this one.
