Typhoon H 4K video quality

I'm very new to the CGO3 + 4K UHD. I have watched so many videos on and about this camera that I can't decide what settings is right for the quality to be very visible.
I guess my question is: can I truly get 4K videos with this camera, and if so how do I do this with the Typhoon H 4K UHD?

I think as well it is a matter of experimentation and determining a personal preference.
