There are some dead links on the Yuneec website and it can be a bit tricky to find the actual page to contact support.

On the opening page of Yuneec.com mouse over Service to get a drop down list. Then select Support.
On the next page select "Speak with a Pro". Then you can select the type of contact you wish to use.
