I just bought a breeze 4K. I have no experience with drones. I’m having a problem with the video I record not being saved What do I need to do to keep the video so I can download on my phone when I get home?

Do your photos/videos appear in the Gallery in Breeze Cam?
If they appear there with a down pointing arrow, tap and save the original and then it can be played in the Gallery or in photo viewer or video player of your phone.
