My company has several drones and I've convince them to go all in and check out the Breeze. We have had it three days and the wifi appears to connects in iOS phone or iPad settings but Breeze Cam App doesn't see it in either. The firmware says its up to date.

I am waiting on hold for customer service but the hold system resets to a 77 min wait time every 23 minutes (twice now). I have been on hold for 23 min and then the 77 min countdown resets and begins again.

Has anyone heard of the wifi connecting to the phone or device but not the app?
Any help would be appreciated!

UPDATE: Customer Service was very helpful and putting my phone into airplane mode helped enormously to fortify the connection to the Breeze. Thanks customer service

Go (IOS) into airplane mode. This dumps both fi and tooth.
Then roll back to wifi. BOOT the Breeze. Hold boot button till after
the 5 second beeps, then let go. Rear LED showing BLUE? turn on wifi.
Wait. Roll DOWN to the bottom and see if your Breeze shows up. ( A lot of
wifi on mine eats the screen. I had to go deep down.)
Once connected you're in!
Option 2: Boot breeze, turn on wifi on the IOS, now open breeze app
and roll through tasks til pilot mode. Find WIFI button on app. Hit it.
It should connect.
IF NOT: Throw the darn thing away. (don't return it - it's on you to
let someone else have THE PROBLEM!)
Just kidding. What phone you running? IOS yes? What version?
(I don't know nuttin bout that other phone...) I run the 6s. 7 is problematic.
Let us know...
