I've had data pilot crash when doing a survey (almost lost my 520), but I didnt loose any pictures and battery swap went off with out a hitch... Swap portion of the mission also had datapilot crash and reboot

Yes the st16 can be downgraded fairly easy, but I would think that the 520 would also need to be downgraded as well. There could be some conflict, but maybe not...

Yes you it would be safer to down grade the 520 and the st16 to the same compatible updates. To my knowledge pix4d Capote hasn't changed in quite a while

I dont use argisoft, but are you using ground control points? If not your measurements can be off any where between 3'-12' or more

I think it would be a good thing to know what Mission Planner is being used, before trying it... Yuneec DataPilot Mission Planner does not support ".waypoint" only ".plan" just an FYI... I know there is other mission planners out there that Yuneec supports, pix4D (".plan" files) and another...

Questions: 1. Are you using the H520 Mission Planner for Windows? What version? Does it support terrain following? 2. How are you converting 64 bit mission to a 32 bit CCC 3. What if your waypoint are over 99? Mission Planner supports over 99 waypoints and the H does not

The problem is it will stop not even 1/2 way through the elevation download ( I let it sit for many hours hrs and still a no go). That what I thought (Vertical Survey), but I guess it can be done by stacking waypoints (each stacked waypoint has a different elevation or position) in a POI mission

LOL... Guess no one has played with the Terrain Following function... Here is another question then has anyone tried to do a vertical survey yet? Ive heard from a couple people that the 520 can now do it, but no one knows how

Being able to set your own return home battery level during a mission, 10% is too low even for ideal conditions

Has anybody successfully got the terrain following to work or know how to do it?... Ive tried multiple times today to download an offline map with elevations attached, but it wont down load (ST16 nor Win PC)
