After 5 days I managed to connect to the server, update my drone and create an account with Yuneec

Finally after 5 days of trying, I was able to connect to Yuneec server, download FW update and create account

Many of you reported servers down issue with Yuneec that makes e.g. Mantis Q almost impossible to fly while a halfscreen message "unable to connect to the server" appeared on screen. Did anyone tried to successfully contact Yuneec customer support? Does this only appears on Mantis drones? Is...

I just downloaded Pix4D however Mantis or any other Yuneec done is not listed.

Same problem here. Somehow I managed to avoid Update splash screen while flying and now I can use my Mantis Q normally, but I am still unable to sign in or sign up via their website nor pilot app.
