I never even thought about mounting to one of the arms. I can 3D print that in an hour. LOL

They're for the homebuilt ones, and can be swapped aircraft to aircraft as long as it's compatible.

Wish there was a way to hook up like a Pixhawk version, they're 20 bucks.

At one point I was seeing basic remote ID'S that did not require pixhawk, and were as low as 40 bucks, now all the options are a few hundred. All these lists say there are 40-50 dollar ones out there and then point you only to ones that are 200-700 bucks. Not worth it. I'll sell it first

That firmware update was to one of the FC boards you sent. It was not installed in the Typhoon. The one in the Typhoon now is the original.

Could be the controller as the issue. Software. Hardware(potentiometer could be partway burned out).

Everything I have read, that is normal operation. Regardless of whether we think it should be or not. It keeps something alive in the controller.
