Same problem. Always seems to happen when altitude is pretty far off. I've done compass calibrations (and accelerometer). One possible solution (I tried it once and it worked) is to raise and lower the landing gear. Could be coincidence and I haven't had time to test it more rigorously.

I'm on a Mac with OSX Sierra, trying to update my Typhoon H camera firmware. I continue to get a DECOMPRESSING message until it times out. I have tried several cards and several formatting (Mac and PC). I have carefully followed the directions. I have tried rebinding. Any suggestions?

You'll be wanting to check with Yuneec. Momentary connectivity losses seem to happen, but that's a catastrophic communication loss, especially if you were close enough to just retrieve it.
