Excellent! Now you can access and view all the systems. I tried running in Win 8 compatibility mode initially but the GUI still didn't recognize the port 3&4 I needed. I have only started with my H last week so I'm hoping learn a lot from this forum.

Just try 4p recording and see how much disc space it uses. The numbers will add up.

If you have a fast computer and lots of disc space to spare (1 Tb) then 4p rendered to 1080 would be ok for a while before having to archiving the camera images. Otherwise 1080 from camera is fine for viewing on your living room TV and saves disc space.
