Same thing with me. I'm calling Yuneec support. Should be able to get more than a 100 yards from a drone that costs $1800.

I had the antenna pointed straight. I'll try angling them. I also discovered there is a firmware upgrade available for the drone and controller.

Mine did it twice today. Once on its first flight and then again the second time I took it up. Had the controller pointed right at it. Maybe 500-600 feet away.

Same drone. I have no idea what they did to it if anything.

Got the drone back. No issues with the batteries. Yuneec did acknowledge that the logs showed the low battery warning and the emergency landing on a full battery. They didn't say how they fixed it. A couple of weeks later I got the drone back with no explanation as to what they did. Seems to...

I didn' have a choice. It landed itself. Luckily it set down in a parking lot. Battery not puffy.

Yep..same battery. I didn' removed. I just restarted the aircraft after it landed itself becaue of the critially low battery alarm.

So..I contacted support today and gave them the rundown on the issue. Sent them my flight log file and they want me to send the H to them in Corona, CA. They want to look at the batteries too. I have to say that Yuneec support is a lot better than it was serval months ago. There were on it...

I have three batteries. I' going to mark them and do some testing in a safe area. It' still under warranty, so I'll call support and see what they say. This thing has been in the shop more time than in the air.

Fully charged. Less than 10 charges on the battery. Half of the charges have been on a aftermarket charger. When I'm not flying for more than a week, I store the batteries at 50%.

Around 60 degrees f.

Took my H out for a flight today and installed a fresh battery. Within less than 5 minutes I get the low battery warning. The indicator on the controller said the battery was full. About a minute after the first warning I get a message telling me the battery was critical and was landing. Luckily...

16.6v at startup. I get the first low voltage message at 14.6v.

Thanks for the reply. I will do that and post what I come up with. Is the voltage reading I get from the controller accurate?

I was thinking bad factory charger too. Yes, the error message reported is coming from the ST16. I'll check the GUI before going through the painful process of trying to connect with support.
