Practice makes perfect! Already have prop guard and extra propellers on the way. Found an open field a little ways outside of my town and flew a little more there. Definitely going to spend quite a few hours there for a while.

Well had my first crash already :D. Didn't take long at all. I got too cocky at the wheel and was just testing at low altitudes in my backyard. I was speeding things up a bit and lost orientation of the H and hit the shed before I could correct my movement. Thankfully I took some of the advice...

Well did a little test run today, didn't go higher the 15' or so. Just got familiar with the controls. I can't wait till I'm good enough to do some real flying with this thing! Made me feel like a kid when I got my first RC car lol.

Yeah Amazon was the seller and definitely paid below way below 999. I may have lucked out then and caught the deal just in time. It was during their "Prime days" sale. Definitely grateful for it since I've been on a tight budget lately.

This will be my first time flying RC, one reason why I'm being real cautious with everything so I don't mess up too bad my first time out lol. Just ordered a few accessories today already, charger, battery lead cable, 64gb card, and an anti-glare screen protector. Any other recommendations?

Just wanted to drop in and join the forums! Just received my Typhoon H today have been digging through the threads and going over the manuals nonstop before taking flight for the first time. There's tons of great info here, thanks for everyone's contributions!

Am I the only one that caught the great deal for the Typhoon H w/ RealSense Pro bundle? From what I am seeing from the prices posted here, I get one **** of a deal. Almost afraid to mention how much I paid...
