Update. They fixed it. Apparently it lost gps connection and went into return home mode. According to the flight logs I had 7 satellites, then it dropped to 0. It took about 2 weeks but everything works fine now..

So I called the help line yesterday morning. Despite the 1 hour estimation for hold time, it turned to only be 20 min, not too bad while I waited in traffic. The guy that helped me was very helpful and responsive. He broke down my complaint into two discrepancies: 1 - The drone immediately...

Its an antenna. when i crashed mine, part of the skid broke off revealing it.

So, when flying my breeze last week, I connected the FPV goggles and controller. I've never experienced an issue with flying this way until this flight. After taking off, I tapped the throttle to increase my altitude and the drone shot straight up, as if I was still holding down the throttle...
