  I have 2 batteries. My first battery sat in my drone for one week as I lost it in heavy winds. By using GPS I was able to find my drone but my battery by that time was Stone Cold dead. My second battery I let run low for a period of time so that I could find out how much time I had to locate my drone before the battery went dead.
