Can somebody me explain the 4 video modes?

No worries at all; when I get the right combination of the Scottish weather and light, I'll do some more!

Can somebody me explain the 4 video modes?

Hi Wim, Sorry for the slight delay! Here you go... there isn't much in the way of difference, especially between raw and natural, presumably because it was a "natural" scene. I'll try night next time I'm able.

    Indoor crash tonight

That's a weird one! Fancy sending me a copy of your flight log from that flight? I'd be really interested to see what it says.

    Follow me trouble

Just wifi; and a quick check of the tech specs shows you're spot on, it's just the cellular ones that have GPS!

Here's an odd thing. Breeze icon greyed out

Glad you found it, Drew; it's an important one, I've heard about lots of nasty drifts if you fly indoor with GPS on! Not impressed with your supplier advising that. The greyed-out icon would have been the infrared altitude sensor symbol. When it's right on the ground, it's too close for that...

    Indoor crash tonight

More likely is the performance of the optical flow sensor at that sort of height. The infra red altitude sensor works very well, even outdoors, at that sort of level, but the OFS is going to struggle to maintain a position without lots of texture and detail in the ground below. Did it...

Can somebody me explain the 4 video modes?

Hi Wim, I'll have a look, probably tomorrow. They're likely to be just filters applied over the video and I admit I haven't experimented with them yet. Give me a day or so and I'll make a quick video switching between them to show you what they're like.

    breeze update fail

It should work fine with an iPhone. What stage does it fail at?

    Some questions about the H

Hello; whereabouts in the UK are you? I'm a Yuneec (and DJI- shhhhh!) reseller in Scotland, and I've got a couple of TyHs, including one fitted with RealSense (installation video here). I'd be happy to show you some stuff if you're local. In terms of positioning for pieces to camera, it'll...

    Follow me trouble

It *should* just use the GPS signal received by your phone; I've had it work impeccably with an iPhone 7+, but had a couple of issues yesterday making it work with an iPad Pro. I'll do a bit of digging into Android stuff. I guess it was probably still watching you and tracking you fine, just...

    Intel RealSense Module Addition Specs

I'm waiting for the Scottish weather to let me fly a bit more! Probably Thursday, by the looks of things. My first instinct is that without modding, there's no point in disconnecting RS. To do that as standard you'd need to remove the entire thing, disconnect it, and then refit it; you may...

There is indeed, there's a little fan just forward of the 2 IPS sensors.

    RealSense Module Installation

I've not noticed a significant difference in flight time, but I think I need to test it in exact conditions. I might remove the module, and fly a repeatable CCC route with one battery down to a given voltage, reinstall it and repeat. I didn't weigh it at the time but I'll certainly do that...
