That's normal after a long period of time.

Put the drone upside-down on a table an retract the landing gear a view times.
It will work again.
It's a H520.
So start up the controller, start up the H520,
Keep it upside down till the LEDs are blinking yellow.
Put it straight up on the table and it will bind it self.
The LEDs go automatically in normal mode.
It's no use.
You need also a special software program that only Yuneec have.
I'm a commercial partner and service point of Yuneec so I have the tools and program.
Yuneec doesn't allow to give the program software to customers.
The shaking of the gimbal is caused by our of calibration of the zero point of the gimbal.
You need a special tools and program to fix this problem.
Only a Yuneec distributor or good Yuneec service point have that equipement.

When the H+ has stad still for a while (like in winter) than most of the time the satelite almanac is gone and the drone will not start (even when there is a satelite count).
