Ok so I downloaded the green file but when I go to install it it said not installed. What am I doing wrong?

Got the Droid out to fly and the battery was dead. So I go to charge it and all it does is flash the blue light. Doesn't charge any. Any ideas. Also looking for a couple extra batteries if anyone had any. Thanks
