Is Yuneec even still in business?

I support the GiFi batteries from when I started using them in 2018 in the USA. Still using my supplies and holding a charge since then.

Just when I thought it was to quiet from the FAA

Wow, I hadn't thought of model rockets for a long time. Used to build them as well. I haven't done it since getting into civil design work where I learned to do some 3D modeling. Could actually now design them with my modeler, and print them from my 3D printer. Thanks for the idea!

    Interesting TV News Story

Interesting comments all. I would have to say I am getting tired of staying in as part of the group that is supposed to stay away from others, (the 60+). I don't trust some of the areas thinking they are going to open up with the pandemic in the US areas still finding new cases every day.

Is Yuneec on the brink of extinction?

It is interesting with all the Messages... *Cough but some of them sounds reasonable for the US markets.

Where did you place your FAA Registration Number?

I used Inkscape to get the design using the guidelines for the height and width of the label from the FAA site to register it, (don't remember where it was on the site), used "MS Snipping tool and pasted it in Inkscape, then created my unique registration number and my after making sure the...

Which FPV goggles (not Yuneec brand) can work on Breeze drone

I use the cheap ones I got from WalMart for at the time of the holidays was 2 dollars manufactured by Onn. Thy still seem to sell around 5 dollars. Yes you still need to use the controller since the glasses have no motion sensors on it and I am not sure if you could even use that type. the...

Can we use a different Antenna anyone tried moding this?

I was looking at some videos on designing antennas for RC planes and one was to have a dual antenna set up like the one I posted can be good design, I might try and see if I can work on one for my own curiosity sake. Seen some DIY for antenna building for the RC airplane out there :p

Can we use a different Antenna anyone tried moding this?

so what about the ones that the higher end camera drones use like this one: FPVLR Phantom 4 Circular Polarized Long Range Antenna Upgrade Kit It looks like you could plug it into the existing breeze board, but looks expensive :D

How do I know if I need a compass calibration?

It is my understanding that it is a good thing to do the calibration every time you expect to fly using the GPS for things like orbit, follow me, and other flights that depend on it. If you just do a search in the forums on this, you will see that some do it every time they fly just for good...

Can we use a different Antenna anyone tried moding this?

It does sound dumb, but I thought it was worth chatting about. The Breeze 4K has two cheesy pieces of copper or brass strips in the legs. I am sure that they have been trimmed and fine tuned to work with the quad. But this kind of makes me want to try and see if it is possible to hook up other...
