Sounds like a mechanism to get non-DJI owners to put a DJI app on their phone and eventually get interested in buying a DJI drone. Certainly not in the privacy interests of current drone owners!

I have completed this process on both the H and H Plus. I did have a problem finding the ID#. It simply was not there. As I recall initially it came up as zeros. I contacted Yuneec CS and they addressed the problem and got me the correct ID. Frankly I don’t remember the details of how they did...

I have had nothing but very good experience with Yuneec Customer Service other than the wait to talk to them. The new easy to use appointment process works well to avoid hanging on the phone.

Thanks. Got it formatted using laptop (didn’t work using controller since camera didn’t recognize a new unformatted card) then reformatted it using the controller to be sure formatted correctly. Appears to work fine now.

Had the same problem and loss several weeks ago. Sent the log to Yuneec CS and was told it was a GPS failure. They replaced the H Plus with a new one.

Does a new Sandisk Extreme Pro card need to be formatted before use in the C23 camera? If so is exFat the correct format if Fat32 is not an option? Is the another card that is recommended as better?
