I have seen on here where people have reduced the 4k down to 1080 and watched it then. I personally do not know how to do that though. Good luck

I had the same issue with my tablet. It wouldn't play back the higher resolution. It would play the sound back fine but skip during the video. I ended up just buying a updated tablet with a faster processor and it was fine

Hey what did you notice when you had the wrong setting selected? I'd did the same thing. Mine was on cgo3 and it was very hit or miss to record. When I switched it to cgo3 pro it was fine. Was that your experience?

Hey yes that's it. I just got off the phone with yuneec. They told me what I bought will not fix it. They do not offer that part for sale and it is a repair you have to send it in for. They also told me because I haven't had it long they would warranty the work for free.
