    I had the issue and didn't know it was loose. Didn't get the jello effect though. It's fairly easy to fix. side note there is a cover that comes off and you can use a ziptie to place it back on. Plenty of youtube videos on how to fix that

    Thats not the contact needing to be cleaned. Seems like something in the program needs to be adjusted. That video shows its working properly. But the programing may be off. I'd call Yuneec at this point

    its 2 menus and mine does. he didn't say which 1. 1 you can monitor 1 adjust and calibrate.
