c23 video lost

c 23 not streaming video .streaming worked first flight ,not the second flight. pan and tilt work. No signal bars on 5.8. No crashes or hard landings for months. Any ideas on where to start looking ? I’d like to reset WiFi but I can’t find the button on the c 23. It’s supposed to be on the back...
