camera tilt

Hello All , My drone is a New Old Stock and has the highest upgrade installed. Everything works except the sliders K2 ,K3. I have tried calibrating them...no luck. All my switches are good on either side , can't understand why they don't work. UPDATE:: See my reply below to see my fix.

Just purchased Breeze w/ controller at Walmart. When in controller mode the camera would not move up or down. Called tech support and explained problem. Tech said they had heard of the problem. He sent me a email with update to Firmware for controller. Installed, all is working GREAT now!!!!

Haven't had the breeze very long, maybe 5 batteries worth of flight time. Got it out today, beautiful day, and camera tilt won't work. Everything else works fine. Never crashed, dropped or hard landed. Worked fine 3 days ago. Been waiting for yuneec to call back. Any thoughts? Same results...
