I have tried to access into the secret menu , but when I tap numerous times on " about controller" nothing happened. What am I doing wrong, both s16 and Hexacopter are on and ready?

my camera works good, until I turn the pan knob , it then won't stop panning slowly in a circle.I tried to change modes of smart and angle , also gimble pan and tilt mode .it seems to stop is when I reset the Hexacopter.

I was putting my Typhoon H in its box after fly when I saw this (See the loose cable in the picture). Should I worry about it? I made some tests and everyting was good, camera, landing gear, gimball and flying ok, but I still afraid about that. Please help me!!
