I've had my q500 for about 2 weeks now. I'm trying to figure out how to download video. I can download pictures to my phone but cant get the videos to download. It said it downloaded but they are not in my downloads.
Any help would be appreciated.

Your original photos and videos are stored on the microSD card in your CGO3 camera. Remove that SD card and transfer to your computer. No download needed.
