hey guys just getting into flying the drones. I need a better charger. The oem one is not very good. I was looking at the SkyRC D100 what is the thoughts on this.

I cannot comment directly on this model, as I do not own it. However if the listed specs are accurate, it has what you need... balanced charging and discharging for storage... ability to read out both individual cell voltages and internal resistance as well. Seems to be similar in design and pricing to the Hitec X2.

It should work just fine. You will need the adapter for the Q500 battery.

Any aftermarket charger will need the EC3 charging cable to charge the Q500 batteries.
