Charging the ST 16

My St 16 will only charge to 96% . It says its fully charged but when you turn it on its only 96%. Any ideas? Thanks

Have you tried unplugging the battery and plugging it back in?

Mine does that 96% or 97% I suppose it's start up and running which drains that initial percent, there's no rapid drop off during use, so I'm not too concerned. I'm able to charge it out of the ST16 if I want and it can be left fully charged, it performs with similar results. I'd only be concerned if it was running down dramatically.

That's par for the course, IMHO. As @Mrgs1 says. The top few % is lost on the boot up.

Thanks for the responses, Its back to 100%....not sure why..
