Cold Weather? Make Texas Chili

Thanks for all the requests for my very top secret Texas Chili recipe. This chili has many off-label uses, but I digress.

Notes:
Do not cook beans in chili, cook them separate, with smoked bacon.
Follow the recipe... no hamburger meat, etc.
Chili mix, seasoning, very important. Get good fresh stuff (nothing made in NY City).
