CONTROLLER BATTERY WON'T FULLY CHARGE

Just got a brand new, out of the box Q500 and the battery for the controller JUST WILL NOT FULLY CHARGE. I can leave it charging for more than a day and it will not go past about 52%. Any suggestions about where to get a new one??
