I was looking at the DJI FPV goggles, but does anyone know if they will work with the Mantis G??

These ones? No, they won't. Yuneec uses something very similar to Wifi while DJI uses a digital protocol with a very low latency rate.

Most of todays mobile phones are able to show images via HDMI. If this is the case with yours, you are able to use the Yuneec Skyview, which has an amazing price to value ratio. I can really recommand it.
