Does the stock charger balance cells?

Just a random question in regards to long term battery life. Does anyone know if the stock charger balances the cells?

No, remove them as soon after reaching full charge as possible. NEVER leave batteries on the charger and unplug it. The balancing circuit stays connected and will drain the cells unevenly. Great way to ruin a $70 battery in short order. The OEM charger will not put your batteries at storage charge though, so we suggest using a third party charger that has a storage function for better care of your batteries. The drawback is having to get adapter cables for their use.
