I have a problem with my batteries. I haven't used the drone for a long time and now when I put them in the charging case, they don't show a sign on the display that they are charging. I don't know what to do, and on top of that, both of them have this problem. The controller's battery is charging normally.

The battery in the remote control is a LiIon battery and is not as sensitive as the Lipo batteries in the drone.
Batteries that are not used for a longer period of time also age and discharge.

Your batteries are deeply discharged and are no longer recognized as batteries by the charger.

Deep-discharged batteries can sometimes still be saved. The cell discharge and internal resistance must then be measured in order to assess whether the batteries can still be flown.

I recommend buying new batteries, because a crash caused by bad batteries is much more expensive.

Thank you for the quick response. My concern is that these batteries have only made two flights, and their price is exorbitant. I don't know what to do anymore. Maybe the best thing would be to sell the drone. On top of that, Yuneec's service in Europe is a disgrace. Is there a company in Europe that repairs these batteries?

I don't know anyone who repairs them. a special adapter is required, but it doesn't exist.

Yes, the prices are very high. According to Yuneec in China, 50 units would have to be ordered to make it worthwhile to bring them to Europe.
No dealer is prepared to pay that much money.

Selling the H850 without a battery? There will probably be no buyer.
