Dutch police confiscates high-tech drone at André Rieu concert downtown Maastricht.

The police in Maastricht has confiscated last weekend a very expensive drone from André Rieu because there was no permit to use the drone itself downtown Maastricht during his concert.

The drone was used to make some aerial footage during a series of concerts held on a famous square in the middle of Maastricht. Each concerts was visited by 12.000 people.

Next that no permit was given for the flight, Maastricht itself lies in a CTR zone with as end result that it is even forbidden to fly any drone in that Dutch city.
