I think if you need to ask, you might not be ready. A test is a test. Some people are good at a test, others get a lot of anxiety from any kind of test. To ask a blanket question like that is not going to get a simple answer as it is as easy or hard as you make it with either being prepped or not being prepped.
I tell many people, it's like taking your basic French language test. If you've been studying and prepared it's easy but if you haven't have any exposure to French you'll fail miserably.
Aviation isn't the type of thing you "just know" so if you don't know basic aviation terms and processes you'll waste a lot of $$ trying to take the test.
If you are already a regular pilot, familiar with aeronautical charts, it won't take much study to be up to speed on UAVs and pass the test. A lot of questions have to do with reading those charts and knowing airspace.
Good luck.

If you're "Current" in Part 61 etc you don't take the test with charts etc. You take the ONLINE test for Current pilots which is only directed at UAS operations/regulations since we've already been extensivelyyyyyyyyy tested on charts etc. If Part 61 it's silly easy, Free, and Online.
