I usually burn through 4 batteries back to back with the only time in between just the length of time to swap batteries.
I do the same on both H & Q. I think if this was a concern Yuneec would have warning stickers on everything to not fly it for a continued period of time. The H and ST 16 has cooling fans so I'm sure it's fine. I fly using up all 4 of my batteries. The H takes a few minutes to fly again anyway for me because it doesn't save camera settings. I really tweak my settings so it can take up to 5 minutes between flights.

When do it and re-start the H with the fresh battery, it starts up with its signature song (
)and immediately goes into a rapid beeping mode for a few seconds and then reconnects to the ST16 and works OK. Not sure what the rapid beeping is all about?

On a really hot day (95 degrees +) the motors come down almost too hot to leave your hand on them. In this situation, I would not do another flight until they had time to cool down. If they are just warm, you should be good to go again.
