H520 Binding problems

So our setup for our H520 has always been one ST16S for flying and a second ST16S as a slave remote to transmit the video feed to a monitor. Our original remote recently bricked itself during a firmware update, so I'm trying to use the second remote as a primary now. I took the remote out of slave mode and connected to the camera wifi just fine. When I attempt to connect to the vehicle (upside down, yellow lights flashing) I get nothing. I also removed the camera, and tried to bind to the vehicle but still get nothing.

Does anyone have any experience with binding trouble?

Okay, just disregard this post then. I found that while the DataPilot and Update Pilot versions were correct, for some reason the Remote Control version was out of date. I factory reset the ST16s and after starting from that, once the updater got everything to the current version it had no trouble connecting.
