H520 CGOET Firmware

Some how the firmware for the CGOET camera for my H520 was removed from my controller. I get a video feed but I cannot control the camera's gimbal. How do I get it back on? Traditional ways didn't work.

Everything on the screen but Gimbal Version is 0

What happens when you try to update using UpdatePilot?

will say " can not connect"

It does the first part and checks the software on the ST16S first right?

That all comes up in the beginning (I have all the same numbers), then checks firmwarre and runs for 3 to 5 minutes before it says "cannot connect.
