Any assistance appreciated.
After powering up typhoon H get a red lashing light with 3 beeps. Manual indicated initilization failed. Plug into GUI, all engines test, and advised of the following:
1. pressure sensor failed;
2. IPS not installed;
3. Real Sense not installed.
Have reinstalled (following reformat of SD card) ST16 Firmware (v03.01.b30) and Typhoon H Firware (v3.04). Have also backtracked and attempted reboot with old flight controller v1.28. Have tried USB and wifi downloads.
All without success.
Any suggestions?

Just curious about the history of this H. Has it ever been wet or in an extremely dusty environment?

The RealSense and IPS will not have a green check mark unless the RealSense is installed.

The first thing to check is the barometric sensor. It's located on the bottom side of the flight controller under a piece of foam. Remove the foam and inspect the sensor for any signs of contamination. You will notice a small hole in the sensor. That is to allow air to move in and out with changes in air pressure. Do not use compressed air to blow on the sensor.

To remove the flight controller:

Steve,
Thanks for the advice. Drone has not been wet or in extremely dusty conditions. Accessed the sensor and did not spot any signs of contamination:

Went back to the GUI after reassembling and now in addition to sensor failure, have ' orientation sensor (IMU) failed'.
Any other actions I can take?

Remove the FC again and inspect the pins and sockets. Pins should be perfectly straight and look in the sockets to see if any of the contacts are depressed or deformed.
