Is there official support?

I received this email from Yuneec on December 3rd, 2024, so one could assume that the store in Kaltenkirchen could still exist.
Thank you for your continued support and trust in the Yuneec brand.

In order to further strengthen the integrated management of the group's brands and improve overall service efficiency, we have decided to optimize the sales model in Europe.

From December 9, 2024, our sales in Europe will be conducted in the name of our parent company Advanced Technology Labs AG (ATL AG), and all invoices will be changed from Yuneec Europe GmbH to Advanced Technology Labs AG (ATL AG).

The specific changes are as follows:

1. New orders From December 9, 2024, all new orders will be invoiced in the name of ATL AG. Payments must be remitted directly to ATL AG's Swiss account, and the specific payment information will be detailed in each invoice.

2. Existing orders and outstanding payments all invoices and outstanding payments issued by Yuneec Europe GmbH must still be paid to Yuneec Europe GmbH's account until they are fully settled.

Our commitment please rest assured that despite the change in the collection account, our service content in Germany will remain unchanged. This change is intended to further improve our overall efficiency and will not affect your long-term relationship with us.

You can still purchase our products through Yuneec channels, and if you have any after-sales questions, you can continue to contact our office in Germany. If you have any questions or need further explanation, please feel free to contact us, our team will serve you wholeheartedl

It is impossible to contact them whether in Germany or Switzerland,
I tried different ways it does not work.
For emails it is each time "address not found"
I tried by going through "Advanced Technology Labs AG" on Google and here it is: Innovative Drohnen für Vermessung, Inspektion & BOS
If you want to buy a drone it is OK, but for the after-sales service impossible.

Hello everyone,
The only positive contact I just had today is Yuneec in Poland.
I just got a return by email with an RMA number.
I am waiting for my camera to be returned to send the complete drone to Poland for after-sales service.
To be continued...

A suivre...

Buona giornata a tutti,
Grazie

Good day to all,
I am the owner of a Typhoon H+ purchased in Italy in 2019.
I noticed in this 3D that we are all European except the mythical WTFD project (from USA).
I do not know if the problem exists in your countries although I think so since we report to EASA.
The personal problem I have is to determine what official category my drone is in since as DJI has done its new drones it has categorized them all and has also categorized some of the missing ones in the new categories established by EASA co the related operational rules and consequent authorizations to be acquired.
I hope I have been clear and get some help on how to solve the problem.
Thank you

Enrico

As I don't speak your language and have everything translated via DeePL, I'm not sure if I've understood you correctly.

There are the drones that are new to the MArket that have a C0, C1, C2 etc. certification. Depending on your certification and remote pilot certificate, you have more or less freedom to fly your drone.

The Typhoon H PLUS drone is not certified and so you must keep 150 m away from residential areas and industry. You must also keep a large distance from uninvolved persons.

Yuneec has only had the H520E model certified. If you are still flying an uncertified model, you can have it recertified.
With such a C2-certified model, you can fly up to 30 m from residential or industrial areas and even up to 5 m from people in slow mode, whereby the flight altitude may then only be 5 m high.

So, apart from the Yuneec H520E, no drone has been certified by Yuneec and will not be in the future.

Best regards from Switzerland,
Enrico

Ciao Tigna, benvenuto.
Sono nella tua stessa situazione.
In parole povere è utilizzabile solo in classe open A3.

Hello Tigna, welcome.
I'm in the same situation as you.
In simple terms, it can only be used in the A3 open class.
