New drone batteries not charging

Hello my name is Triston I live in Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean. I purchased two original batteries from yuneec I flee the drone twice in both of them. However now when I put one to charge the green light keeps flashing. With the other on it is charging normally. Can anyone assist me as to what is happening. Thanking you in advance.

Are you using the OEM charger? If so, the alternating red/green indicates it is in the balancing phase of charging. If it continues for an extended amount of time that is an indication that you have one or more bad cells.
Try checking the cell voltages with a multimeter and report the results here.
