I understand about the 333 exemption or the part 107 rule. Can I do a video for a nonprofit entity if I receive no compensation for said video? Opinions? Thanks.

Yes, but it's a thin line. Even the FAA is considering Youtube as a possible addition, but gladly it will not happen in my mind.
If you want to take a picture of your daughter's wedding and give it to them, or others sure!. Only when you receive compensation in any form does it become sticky. I in no ways agree with and in all FAA decisions, to all the bashers out there! LOL, Just answered the questions !
